Marian de la Peña Cadenato

Marian de la Peña Cadenato is driven by three key vectors: sustainability, innovation, and inclusion, always with ethics and honesty. With +20 years of professional experience in the energy sector, she has held international positions and led digital transformation processes since 20181.
Marian is currently the Chief Digital, Analytics, and IT Officer (CDAIO) for Iberia at S&EM Engie and is a member of the advisory board of CIONet.
She has created units from scratch in multinational companies and startups. Previously, Marian was the CDO of the renewable startup IGNIS and held various executive positions at Naturgy. Empathetic, creative, and innovative, their teams are high-performing and results-oriented. She has significantly impacted the companies’ results and transformation. Passionate about lifelong learning, she lead a digital transformation program for executives at ESADE and teach on AI at IE, The Valley,UCM.. She promotes STEAME vocations and the role of women in the sector.
